Stacked Spicy VFC Burger

Serves 2


  • 1 pack of VFC Spicy Chick*n Fillets
  • Skin on fries (optional)
  • 1 Seeded bun
  • 2 tbsp vegan chilli mayo
  • Few lettuce leaves
  • 2 spicy vegan cheesy slices
  • Handful of jalapenos


  1. Cook the VFC fillets according to the pack instructions. Cook some skin on fries too if you like (optional)
  2. Meanwhile, lightly toast the bun, spread some chilli mayo onto the base, then add a few lettuce leaves
  3. When the fillets are cooked, add a spicy cheesy slice to each hot fillet and let them melt a little. Stack the fillets onto the bun base
  4. Add a few jalapenos then another big dollop of chilli mayo then add the lids.
  5. Enjoy with fries and a pot of extra chilli mayo for dipping
