Chick*n Bahn Mi

Serves 1


For the sandwich

  • 1/2 pack of VFC Chick*n Tenders
  • 1 crunchy bread roll
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 spring onion, grated
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 1 green chilli, finely slices
  • Handful of coriander

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1/2 lime juice


  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1/2 red chilli, thinly sliced


  1. Cook your VFC Chick*n Tenders according to the package instructions
  2. Prepare the filling by thinly slicing the salad and squeeze the lime juice over the top
  3. Prepare the sauce by whisking the ingredients together
  4. Assemble the sandwich by adding a layer of vegan mayo, the crispy VFC Tenders, followed by the sliced salad, sauce and top with fresh coriander and chilli
  5. Enjoy!
