Ingredients
For the sandwich
- 1/2 pack of VFC Chick*n Tenders
- 1 crunchy bread roll
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 spring onion, grated
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 1 green chilli, finely slices
- Handful of coriander
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1/2 lime juice
TOPPINGS
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1/2 red chilli, thinly sliced
Method
- Cook your VFC Chick*n Tenders according to the package instructions
- Prepare the filling by thinly slicing the salad and squeeze the lime juice over the top
- Prepare the sauce by whisking the ingredients together
- Assemble the sandwich by adding a layer of vegan mayo, the crispy VFC Tenders, followed by the sliced salad, sauce and top with fresh coriander and chilli
- Enjoy!
