Spicy VFC Sharing Sliders

Serves 8


  • 1 pack of VFC Chick*n Tenders
  • 8 x small soft bread rolls
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 1 jar of crinkle cut gherkins
  • Any hot sauce
  • Vegan mayonnaise


  1. Pre-heat the air-fryer to 180 degrees and cook your VFC tenders for 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Shred your lettuce
  3. In a bowl mix 1 cup of vegan mayo with half a cup of hot sauce
  4. Slice your soft rolls, place in your VFC Tenders, then top with the shredded lettuce, spicy mayo and crinkle cut gherkins.
  5. Serve up and enjoy, rebels!
