Chick*n Parmigiana


  • 1 Pack of VFC chick*n fillets
  • 1 Can or bottle of your favourite tomato sauce with Italian herbs
  • 1 Pack of vegan mozzarella or grated cheese
  • Side salad to serve
  • Spaghetti to serve


  1. Cook VFC fillets following the instructions on the pack.
  2. Heat the sauce in a saucepan.
  3. Cook the spaghetti.
  4. Remove the fillets from the oven and place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Evenly spread the sauce over the fillets, sprinkle with vegan mozzarella/grated cheese and bake until melted.
  6. Serve with cooked spaghetti and an Italian salad.
