Ingredients
- 1 pack of VFC Popcorn Chick*n
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 spring onion
- Salt & pepper to taste
- White rice
- Mixed salad leaves
Method
- Slice your green pepper and red pepper into long strips
- Cut the onion into large chunks
- Finely slice your spring onion
- Heat the oil in the pan, or woke, on a high heat
- Throw in your peppers and white onion and cook for 5 or so minutes until soft
- Once cooked, add in your VFC Popcorn Chick*n and fry until cooked through
- Add in the Chinese five spice and half of your sliced spring onion. Continue to stir for 30 seconds then immediately take off the heat
- Serve with lots of cracked black pepper, the remaining spring onion, and salt to taste
- Plate with white rice and fresh salad
- Dish up and enjoy, rebels!
