Popcorn Chick*n Poutine Fries
- 1 pack VFC Popcorn Chick*n
- 2 portions skin-on oven chips or fries
- 100g grated Nozarella (vegan mozzarella)
- 100g Greek style vegan oat yogurt
- Few sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
- Vegan gravy
- Preheat the oven and cook the Popcorn VFC Chick*n and chips according to the pack instructions
- Meanwhile mix together the nozarella and oat yogurt in a small bowl
- Transfer the chips to and ovenproof serving dish and top with the popcorn VFC. Dollop on the cheesy yogurt and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes. Heat the gravy
- Sprinkle over the parsley then pour over the gravy and serve straight to the table for people to dig in
- Serve up and enjoy, Rebels!
