Popcorn Chick*n Poutine Fries

Serves 2


  • 1 pack VFC Popcorn Chick*n
  • 2 portions skin-on oven chips or fries
  • 100g grated Nozarella (vegan mozzarella)
  • 100g Greek style vegan oat yogurt
  • Few sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
  • Vegan gravy


  1. Preheat the oven and cook the Popcorn VFC Chick*n and chips according to the pack instructions
  2. Meanwhile mix together the nozarella and oat yogurt in a small bowl
  3. Transfer the chips to and ovenproof serving dish and top with the popcorn VFC. Dollop on the cheesy yogurt and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes. Heat the gravy
  4. Sprinkle over the parsley then pour over the gravy and serve straight to the table for people to dig in
  5. Serve up and enjoy, Rebels!
