Vegan Fried Popcorn Chick*n made from wheat protein in a southern fried and crispy corn flake coating. Frozen for maximum flavour.
Our not so secret recipe: Water, rapeseed oil, wheat protein (8.8%), maize, wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), wheat flour, wheat gluten, wheat starch, salt, soya protein isolate (1.4%), spices (contains mustard), garlic powder, flavouring (contains soya), onion powder, thickener (methylcellulose), pea starch, pea fibre, yeast extract, sugar, dextrose, potato starch, barley malt extract, herbs, celery, leek powder.
Allergy Advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May also contain other cereals containing gluten.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, use on same day and do not refreeze.
Cooking Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally. Important: All cooking appliances vary; these timings are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not overbrown.
