Our not so secret recipe: Water, textured mixed vegetable protein (water, vegetable proteins (7%) (SOYA, WHEAT), sunflower oil, WHEAT starch, salt, natural flavouring, iron, vitamin B12), sunflower oil, wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), cornflakes (5%) (maize, sugar, salt, BARLEY malt extract), starch (pea, WHEAT), vegetable proteins (2%) (SOYA, fava bean), thickener: methyl cellulose, spices, natural flavouring, vegetable fibres (pea, citrus), salt, herbs, spice extracts, dextrose.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, use on same day and do not refreeze.
