Our Original Recipe Vegan Fried Chick*n pieces are made from wheat protein in a southern fried and crispy corn flake coating. Frozen for maximum flavour.
We fry VFC so you don’t have to. All products can be cooked in the oven, removing any possible contamination from your fryers.
For best results in restaurant, thaw until chilled to 5°C and then either cook in a fryer in 5-6 minutes, oven cook in 12 minutes or use your Merrychef program that cooks from frozen in 2.5 minutes.
