Cook your VFC popcorn to the back of pack instructions
Pre heat a heavy bottomed frying pan and slice your peppers and onions into large pieces, pan fry these with some dry mixed herbs until they are gnarly around the edges
Slice your ciabatta or baguette in half carefully and remove the popcorn from the oven, now its time to grab a table spoon of chili jam and spread it across both halves of your bread.
Sprinkle half of your cheese on top, now randomly place the popcorn on one half and finish with the onion and pepper mix. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese and pop everything back in the oven until it’s all soft and gooey.
