- 1 Pack of VFC chick*n fillets
- 1 Can or bottle of your favourite tomato sauce with Italian herbs
- 1 Pack of vegan mozzarella or grated cheese
- Side salad to serve
- Spaghetti to serve
- Cook VFC fillets following the instructions on the pack.
- Heat the sauce in a saucepan.
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Remove the fillets from the oven and place on a lined baking tray.
- Evenly spread the sauce over the fillets, sprinkle with vegan mozzarella/grated cheese and bake until melted.
- Serve with cooked spaghetti and an Italian salad.
